The purpose is to provide New Mexicans\, and especially persons residing in Southern New Mexico\, with an opportunity to suggest modifications to the Commission’s portion of the Combined State Plan under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act. It is through the Combined State Plan that the Commission provides vocational rehabilitation services.
